Terms of Service

The service

MarkasAI is an API gateway that provides access to many third-party AI models with one API key, operated by MarkasDev (PT. Teknologi Nggoro Pratama). Models and prices may change; see the Models page and the documentation.

Accounts and API keys

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password and API keys confidential.
• You are responsible for all usage made with your API keys. Revoke leaked keys in the dashboard.

Balance, prices, and payment

• The service is prepaid: costs are deducted from a Rupiah balance at the model price in effect when the request is processed.
• Top-ups are processed by DOKU. Balances earn no interest and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Prices may change at any time and apply to later requests.

Prohibited use

• Breaking Indonesian law or any other applicable law.
• Generating content that infringes others' rights, child exploitation content, or content prohibited by the model providers' policies.
• Attempting to break into, overload, or circumvent the service's limits and billing.
• Reselling access without our written consent.

We may suspend accounts or API keys that break these terms.

Third-party model providers

Models are run by third-party providers. Model availability, behavior, and answer quality are outside our control, and your use is also subject to those providers' usage policies. See the Privacy Policy for how request content is processed.

Model output

Model answers can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it. [placeholder: output ownership terms]

Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to [placeholder: liability cap].

Governing law
