Facebook data we store

MarkasAI stores only one piece of data from Facebook: your Facebook user ID, to link Login with Facebook to your MarkasAI account. We do not store your Facebook name, profile picture, friends list, or Facebook access tokens.

Removing the Facebook link

1. Open Facebook, then Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites.
2. Select MarkasAI and click Remove. Tick the option to delete activity or data if offered.
3. Facebook sends us the deletion request automatically. The Facebook link (your Facebook user ID) is removed from your MarkasAI account right away, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code.

After the link is removed you can still sign in to MarkasAI with your email and password (or reset your password).

Deleting your whole MarkasAI account

To delete your whole account (email, balance, API keys, usage history), email [email protected] from your account address with the subject "Delete my MarkasAI account".

We process account deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email. Data we must keep for legal or accounting obligations (for example transaction records) is retained separately as required.
